Reminder of the submission deadline
As an individual member of EXPERTsuisse, you are responsible for updating your professional knowledge through regular continuing education and reporting this annually on your personal account via our online portal. This documentation requirement is set out in Chapter 5, Section 1 of the 2017 Continuing Education Guidelines (in German).
We would like to remind you that the continuing education declaration for the year 2025 must be submitted by 31 March 2026 at the latest. Our online portal gives you access to your personal continuing education account. The Guidelines of 5 December 2017 apply to the continuing education declaration.
Please note that electronic submission is mandatory in all cases, even if you have not undertaken any or only a small amount of continuing education in 2025, or if you are no longer an active member of the profession. Further information on continuing education requirements and checks, as well as FAQs, are also available online.
Since the launch of the new website, downloading a certificate of participation in or attendance at a seminar (PDF) is required for all seminars, whether internal or external. PDF downloads remain possible, but optional, for all other continuing education activities. A certificate template is available on the portal.
We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that you are responsible for submitting the declaration within the specified time limit, even if you are employed by an audit firm subject to state supervision as of 31 December 2025. In this case, you simply need to confirm your employment by completing a summary declaration with EXPERTsuisse.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by email at mitgliedschaft@expertsuisse.ch or by telephone on 058 206 05 70.
