Work & Vacation
What can you expect from us? A 40-hour week with flexible working hours, modern offices in the middle of Zurich and Lausanne, home office options and between 23 and 30 vacation days depending on age and year of service.
Illness, accident, retirement provision
Your protection is important to us: In the event of illness or accident, you will receive 100% salary for 2 months, then 90%. We pay the full insurance premiums for daily sickness benefits and non-occupational accidents. We waive the coordination deduction in the pension fund and you have private accident insurance worldwide.
Mobility
So that you are well received: We offer you a half-fare travelcard and, depending on availability, discounted parking spaces in the underground garage.
Parental leave
For the important moments in life: In the event of maternity, we pay the full salary for 16 weeks and the other parent receives 100% continued payment of salary for 2 weeks.
Further training
Learning is part of what we do: You can attend EXPERTsuisse training courses free of charge. We provide financial support for personal further training if it promotes your professional development with us or is in the interests of the company.

Our application process
Every application is confirmed by us - so you know that your documents have reached us safely. We take our time for the subsequent examination. Regardless of whether your profile matches our vacancy or not, you will receive a response within two to three weeks.
In the initial virtual meeting, we find out whether we are a good match.
Following our first interview, we cordially invite you to complete the Talent Manual. It allows us to better understand your working methods, strengths and motivation - not for evaluation, but for a deeper, mutual understanding.
During the second interview, we get to know each other personally - directly in our office. You will meet our team and gain an insight into our day-to-day work and our corporate culture. As part of a practical case study (approx. 2 to 3 hours), you will have the opportunity to contribute your approach and thinking and learn about typical activities in your future field of work.
If you are accepted, we will first discuss the contract offer with you in person and, after your approval, send you the conditions by e-mail and prepare your employment contract.
