Review of equal pay analyses

According to the provisions of the Gender Equality Act, companies with more than 100 employees must carry out an equal pay analysis and have this reviewed by an independent body. These audits may be carried out by auditors with the appropriate license and training.

Training requirement

Auditing companies licensed in accordance with the Federal Auditor Oversight Act may carry out audits of equal pay analyses. The prerequisite is that their lead auditors can provide evidence of participation in training in accordance with Art. 13d para. 2 of the Federal Act on Gender Equality in conjunction with Art. 2 of the Ordinance on the Review of Equal Pay Analysis.
