AI and digitalisation

Advancing digitalisation is permeating all processes and has long since reached all companies in the industry. It opens up new opportunities, but also brings with it complex challenges.

Digital transformation - a focus topic at EXPERTsuisse

The digital transformation is much more than a technical change - it affects all levels of the company. Employees, customer expectations and new market players are changing rapidly and require holistic answers. For many companies in the sector, this change raises fundamental and sometimes existential questions.

Digitalisation

Digitalisation in the fiduciary sector is advancing and changing established processes in the long term. With this in mind, EXPERTsuisse has initiated a series of events in which current findings from the "Digitization and transformation support" project will be presented. Selected software solutions will also be presented in their practical application context.

Digitalisation and transformation support

The "Digitalization and transformation support" event series offers trustees the opportunity to familiarize themselves with technical developments and gain valuable experience in a short space of time. Provider presentations provide a direct link to the application. Previous forums have focused on topics such as the automation of expenses, payroll and time recording, accounting (accounts payable/receivable), audit & data analytics, document management systems and customer data exchange.

Financial processes

Digital skills and modern tools are becoming increasingly important in accounting. Companies are faced with the task of automating, optimizing and digitalizing their existing processes - with the aim of increasing efficiency and tapping into new potential.

From routine to strategy: rethinking financial processes

The expert commission on financial process transformation analyzes the workflows in SME trust companies and identifies practical ways to automate financial processes. The focus is on an innovative, system-independent overview of central process steps, supplemented by specific tools for implementation in the individual subject areas.

The automation of financial processes opens up new perspectives for fiduciary companies: Routine tasks are replaced by intelligent solutions, freeing up valuable resources for strategic consulting and individual customer care. This not only increases efficiency and transparency, but also strengthens competitiveness and helps to actively counter the shortage of skilled workers. Processes are being made leaner, more robust and more future-proof.
