Compliance with legal, regulatory and ethical requirements is of central importance for companies - and at the same time a growing challenge in an increasingly complex environment. The Legal, Compliance & Ethics department focuses on regulatory and supervisory issues, particularly in the context of auditing activities.
The Legal Compliance Committee meets regularly to discuss industry-relevant topics in depth and formulate statements and positions. In addition, the specialist area supports the other specialist commissions with legal expertise - for example in the development and updating of audit standards, audit instructions or guidelines.
